一What Sakura Fields is, and what it is not

Sakura Fields is a browser-based collectible card game operated by the Sakura Fields team ("we", "us"). You collect cards, build a deck of twelve, duel other players' decks, and the same deck earns in-game rewards while you are away. These Terms govern your use of the site, the game and everything in it.

By connecting a wallet, playing a duel, opening a scroll or buying anything, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the game.

Sakura Fields is not a bank, a broker, an exchange, a payment service or a gambling operator. Nothing in the game is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell a security or any other regulated financial product. Outcomes in the game are decided by a deterministic engine on our servers, not by wagering on real-world events.

二Who may play

You must be at least 18 years old, or older if that is the age of majority where you live. By playing you confirm that you are.

You may not play from a country where this kind of game, or a crypto-linked rewards programme, is prohibited or requires a licence we do not hold, and you may not play if you are subject to sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States. Working out whether the game is lawful where you are is your responsibility, not ours.

We may restrict access by country, device or account at our discretion, including where a rule above is engaged.

三Your account and your wallet

You sign in by proving control of an EVM wallet address. That signature is your identity here: whoever holds the wallet’s keys holds the account. You may optionally link an X account to unlock social tasks.

Keep your keys and your recovery phrase safe. We cannot recover a lost wallet, we cannot move an account to a different address on request, and we will never ask you for a private key or a seed phrase. Anyone who asks you for one, in any channel, is not us.

You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for the accuracy of any address you give us for a payout.

四Petals and $SAKURA are ledger entries

Petals are the game’s soft currency. They are earned by playing and spent on scrolls, levels and stars. They have no value outside the game, cannot be bought, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred between accounts.

$SAKURA points are recorded in an auditable off-chain ledger. They are not a currency, not a security, not a deposit and not a claim on us or on any asset. They carry no promise of value, no dividend, no revenue share and no governance right. They cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred, and holding them is not an investment in anything.

Balances of either currency may be corrected, reduced or zeroed where they arose from a bug, a duplicated transaction, an exploit or a breach of the fair-play rules below. We keep a full ledger precisely so that such corrections can be shown rather than asserted.

五Gate Scrolls, Gate cards and payments in BNB

Some items are sold for BNB on BNB Smart Chain. A Gate Scroll opens five cards and grants a Gate shard; shards then buy a Gate card of your choice, at a price in shards that starts at a fixed floor and rises with the card’s own price. Gate cards are minted in limited, numbered runs — the copy number and the size of the mint are printed on the card and never change.

What you buy is a licence to use a digital item inside Sakura Fields, for as long as we operate it. It is not a security, not a share, not an NFT sold as an asset, and not a promise of any future token, listing or resale market.

You pay on-chain, from your own wallet. Network fees are yours. A transaction is credited once it is confirmed and verified by us; if a payment fails or is never confirmed on chain, nothing is credited. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network, because those transactions never reach us and cannot be reversed by anyone.

Prices are set in BNB and may change at any time. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase already confirmed.

六Refunds and the right to cancel

Digital items are delivered to your account immediately. Where you have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase — for example the 14-day right under EU or UK consumer law — you ask us to begin delivery at once and you acknowledge that the right is lost as soon as the item is delivered. Purchases are therefore final and non-refundable once credited.

This does not affect rights you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live, including remedies where an item is faulty or was never delivered.

If a payment was confirmed on chain but the item was not credited, contact us and we will credit it or refund it. That is a delivery failure, not a change of mind.

七One person, one account

One account per person. Running several accounts to farm rewards, referrals or a larger claim is the one thing that takes from every other player, and it is the thing we police hardest.

You must not automate play, script or bot the game, exploit a bug instead of reporting it, buy or sell accounts, manipulate referrals, fake task completions, or interfere with the servers, the API or other players.

Where we find any of this, we may reverse the rewards involved, zero the affected balances, exclude the account from any snapshot, and suspend or close it. Anti-fraud signals and cooldowns run continuously, and a snapshot is filtered again before it is used.

八The game will change

Sakura Fields is a live product. Cards get rebalanced, rates get tuned, sets get added, features get replaced and occasionally something is removed. We may do all of this without notice, and a card you own may become weaker or stronger than it was when you got it.

We aim to keep every purchased Gate card usable, its mint number intact and its rarity honest, but we do not promise that any particular card, rate, reward or mode will exist forever.

We may suspend the service for maintenance, and we may discontinue it entirely. If we ever shut the game down we will say so publicly and give as much notice as we reasonably can.

九The token generation event is a plan, not a promise

Everything published about a future $SAKURA token — the target quarter, the supply split, the unlock schedule, the snapshot method, the network — is a forward-looking plan. Plans change.

A token generation event may be delayed, restructured, made unavailable in your country, or never happen at all. Any allocation model shown on this site is indicative and is finalised, if ever, at the snapshot. Nothing on the site is a commitment to issue a token, to list it anywhere, to support a market in it, or to give it any value.

Do not play, buy or hold anything here in the expectation of a profit. If a token ever exists, its price may be zero.

十What belongs to whom

The game, its code, its card art, its names, its rules text and its brand are ours or our licensors'. Buying an item does not transfer any of that to you; it gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the item inside the game.

You may screenshot, stream and share your play, including your cards and results, for non-commercial purposes. You may not resell our art, pass the game off as your own, or use our brand to promote anything else without written permission.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything for them.

十一Who we are not affiliated with

Sakura Fields is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp., Binance, BNB Chain, any wallet provider, any exchange or any other third party whose name or mark may appear in the game or in these Terms. All such marks belong to their owners.

The game depends on services we do not control — wallets, RPC nodes, the X API, hosting providers. If one of them fails, changes its rules or shuts down, parts of the game may stop working, and that is outside our control.

十二What we do not promise

The game is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including any promise that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

You accept the ordinary risks of a crypto-linked product: smart-contract and blockchain failure, network congestion, chain reorganisation, exploits, regulatory change that removes a feature or a whole market, loss of access to your own wallet, and total loss of any in-game balance. Ledger balances are not deposits, are not insured, and are not protected by any compensation scheme.

十三Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost opportunity, lost balances or lost expected token allocations, or for anything caused by a third-party service, by your own loss of wallet access, or by a transaction you sent that never reached us.

Where we are liable, our total liability to you is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim, or 100 USD in equivalent value.

十四Suspension, closure and what survives

You may stop playing at any time; simply stop connecting your wallet. Ask us and we will close the account and delete or anonymise the data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or multi-accounting, or where we must do so by law. Where it is safe and lawful to tell you why, we will.

When an account closes, in-game balances and items end with it. The sections on ownership, disclaimers, liability and disputes carry on afterwards.

十五If we disagree

Come to us first, on Telegram at @sakurafields_support. Almost every dispute here is one ledger entry read two ways, and because the ledger is double-entry and complete we can usually just show you the entry. Please allow 30 days to settle it that way before starting anything formal.

If that fails, a claim is brought individually before a court of competent jurisdiction, and not as part of a class or representative action.

None of this takes away the mandatory protections of the law where you live. If you are a consumer, you keep them in full, including the right to bring proceedings in your own country’s courts.

These Terms are written in English. If we ever publish a translation and the two disagree, the English text is the one that governs.

十六Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the game changes. The date at the top of the page always tells you which version is in force.

If a change materially reduces your rights, we will flag it in the game before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that is how you accept it; if you would rather not, stop playing and ask us to close the account.

Have the wallet address you play with to hand. It is the only reliable way for us to find your account, and for anything that changes an account we will ask you to sign a message from it.
